These are budgeting ranges, not quotes. Equipment pricing moves with brand, specification, manufacturer changes, freight and availability. The binding number is the written quote we issue for your specific list.

Cost Drivers

What moves your quote

Two kitchens with the same footprint can differ by a hundred thousand dollars. These are the levers, and most of them are yours to pull.

  • Brand tier. The single biggest variable. Entry, mid and premium brands can differ by three times on the same equipment category.
  • New versus certified pre owned. Used equipment in the right categories can cut an opening budget substantially.
  • Menu complexity. Every additional cooking method adds a piece of equipment and often a utility requirement.
  • Utilities available. If the space lacks the gas or electrical service a spec needs, the upgrade cost lands on your project.
  • Ventilation. Hood, make up air and fire suppression are frequently the largest single line in a buildout.
  • Custom fabrication. Custom stainless fits better and costs more than standard sizes.
  • Timeline. Rush orders and expedited freight carry real premiums.

Money Questions

Ordering and payment

How long is a quote valid?

Quotes are typically valid for 15 days. Manufacturer price changes, freight costs and currency movement on imported equipment can shift pricing, and every quote states its expiration.

What deposit do you require?

Stock items are typically paid in full at order. Packages and special order equipment usually require 50 percent to release the order with the balance due before delivery. Established accounts can be set up with terms on approved credit.

Is freight included in the price?

No, and we show it separately on purpose. Burying freight in the unit price makes it impossible to compare quotes honestly. You will see equipment, freight, installation and tax as their own lines.

Do you offer financing or leasing?

We can refer you to equipment leasing companies commonly used by restaurant operators. We are not a lender, so terms come directly from the finance company you choose.

Can I supply my own equipment for you to install?

Yes. We install customer supplied equipment, billed hourly plus any licensed trade work required. The manufacturer warranty on those units stays between you and the seller.

Do you price match?

Send us the competing quote and we will review it line by line. Frequently the gap is specification, freight terms or what has been quietly excluded. We will tell you honestly when the other quote is genuinely better.

Ready to price your project?

Send your equipment list, floor plan or opening date. We come back with pricing, lead times and a delivery plan within one business day.
